PURPOSE

Gifts, Favors, and Payments by Nai Update:

  • Gifts, favors, or payments made on behalf of Nai Update must meet these criteria:
    1. Align with accepted business practices.
    2. Be of limited value and in a form that cannot be construed as a bribe or payoff.
    3. Comply with applicable laws and ethical standards.
    4. Avoid embarrassment if publicly disclosed.

Gifts, Favors, Entertainment, and Payments Received by Associates:

  • Associates must not seek or accept gifts, favors, or payments for personal advantage from individuals or businesses engaged with Nai Update. The following guidelines apply:
    • Modest, customary courtesies such as meals, small tokens, or perishable holiday gifts are acceptable.
    • Cash gifts or equivalents (e.g., stocks or securities) are strictly prohibited.
    • Participation in events or outings with business partners is acceptable with prior approval and must align with professional standards.

2. Conflicts of Interest

Associates must avoid any situation that could conflict with Nai Update’s interests. Potential conflicts include:

  1. Ownership stakes in entities doing business with or competing against Nai Update.
  2. External affiliations (e.g., as a director or consultant) with competitors or partners without prior approval.
  3. Acting as a broker or intermediary in transactions involving Nai Update for personal gain.

All potential conflicts must be disclosed in writing to management.

3. Confidential Information

  • Associates are prohibited from disclosing or misusing confidential information, including plans, decisions, or sensitive data obtained during their association with Nai Update.
  • Unauthorized access, sharing, or mishandling of confidential data will result in disciplinary action.

SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES

1. Professional Conduct Online

When using social media, associates represent Nai Update and must:

  • Use good judgment and ensure posts align with company values.
  • Avoid discriminatory, offensive, or misleading content.
